The embattled star of Mean Girls is reportedly looking forward to appear in court on Thursday, June 23rd. After failing an alcohol test the previous week, we can only assume how the judge will admonish her regarding her behavior. Lohan’s currently under house arrest for pleading no contest to theft charges. She was already on probation for a drunken-driving case and drug conviction, prior to the jewelry- stealing incident which made everyone think that she’s just way out of control. If Lohan continues to cause trouble she could face up to three years of jail-time. The actress recently canceled her sit-down interview with Matt Lauer. According to her representative, she’s not yet ready to discuss the recent goings-on in her life. Lohan, who at such a young age showed so much promise has been in the dumps as far as her career is concerned, she has lost a couple of important film roles and has not been successful when she tried her hand at fashion design.
