This year’s People Magazine’s Most Beautiful Person, Jennifer Lopez does not seem to be suffering from her recent split from husband, Marc Anthony. The strong Puerto-Rican-American actress, singer, dancer and business mogul is showing the world that she can do it all. Lopez is hands-on with her twins, Emme and Max, reported a close friend, while Marc Anthony is said to be ‘over it.’ Lopez was certainly not happy with the attitude of her husband and this is reported to be one of the main reasons for the split. This year revived Lopez’s career with her judging stint on American Idol and also the release of her newest album. Currently, Lopez is busy with promotions of her latest album, Love?, which spawned the dance hit, On the Floor. She is also set to appear in the next season of Glee. This busy mother will certainly have no trouble providing a luxurious life to her twins even without a man beside her.

The Living Legend: Zsa Zsa Gabor
Zsa Zsa Gabor is a Hungarian-born Hollywood actress who’s best known for her movies; We’re Not Married and Moulin Rouge. Born Sari’ Gabor, she’s the second daughter of Vilmos and Jolie Gabor. She was crowned Miss Hungary in 1936 before she moved to the US in 1941. Her younger sister, Eva was first to immigrate to the US then Zsa Zsa followed shortly after. Their eldest sister, Magda was the last one to move to the country, and though she was also an actress, the younger Gabor sisters were easily the more established actresses. Zsa Zsa’s been married nine times and she’s the only Gabor sister who has a child. She claims that her then husband, Conrad Hilton raped her and Francesca, her daughter was the result of that incident. Zsa Zsa’s now married to Frederic Prinz von Anhalt and they’ve been together twenty-five years.

Brooke Shields to Play Morticia
We’ll always have our memories of the Blue Lagoon, but Brooke Shields has come a long way since then. Still as hot as ever – so hot that Neil Patrick Harris claims that she’s the reason he thought he was straight for 23 years – Shields has been frequenting live stage. She has been on Wonderful Town, Chicago, Cabaret and Grease. On June 28, she takes over Bebe Neuwirth’s role as Morticia Addams in the musical comedy The Addams Family. She’ll be starring opposite Tony awardee Roger Rees. Shields herself has already won a Theatre World Award for her performance in Grease.
Michael Jackson’s Thriller Jacket
We’ve seen a lot of knock-offs of MJ’s Thriller jacket, that’s how widely it took a life of its own. There was a time in the eighties when the practically all the cool guys had one, these imitations probably didn’t cost them much for there were so many. The original however, was sold at $1.8 million. There are two existing originals of the famous jacket, both worn by the King of Pop for the Thriller video. One belongs to the Jackson estate and the other was sold by Julien’s auction house in Beverly Hills. The famous thriller jacket was sold to help fund children’s hospitals all over the world. Milton Verret, of Austin, Texas won the bidding war against dozens of bidders from all over.
Thalia and Tommy Mottola Welcome Matthew
Mexican actress/singer, Thalia and her husband, music executive, Tommy Mottola are the new proud parents of a baby boy. The newest Mottola is named Matthew and he was born last Saturday, June 25th. Matthew Alejandro weighed 7.14 lbs and the couple couldn’t be happier. She and Mottola got married in 2000 and waited seven years before the arrival of their daughter, Sabrina Sakae. Thalia who suffered from depression after the unexpected death of her mother tweeted when she was already at the hospital last week and ready to give birth. Prior to conceiving Matthew, Thalia thought about adopting which she mentioned in an interview before releasing her book on pregnancy. The happy family of four currently resides in New York City.
Toy Story Comes up with 4th Installment
It’s been confirmed that there’s going to be a Toy Story 4. Why end with three when the franchise is so successful? Toy Story 3 which was released last year proved that Woody and his friends still have pull in the box office. As long as there are kids, Toy Story will remain relevant. Tom Hanks who voices the character of Woody said the fourth Toy Story movie is already in the works. A lot of animated films are coming out with their sequels like Cars 2 and Monsters University. Toy Story 4 is slated to come in 2012.
Hugh Hefner’s New Girlfriend
Of course nobody would expect the king of the Playboy mansion to remain single! Hugh Hefner’s no longer mending a broken heart after being ditched by fiancée’, Crystal Harris. It’s never hard for the media mogul to meet women that’s for sure and he met a replacement just two week after Harris changed her mind about marrying him. The new girlfriend is Shera Bechard. Bechard is a Canadian Playmate and is scheduled to be Miss November 2011. She is 27 years old and she moved into the Playboy mansion in April. We all know that Hef’s girlfriends live like royalty and if they play their cards right, they could just end up being as famous as Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt.
Christopher Meloni to Star in Latest Superman Movie
The Law and Order SVU star, Christopher Meloni is the latest addition to the cast of Man of Steel. Truly, the latest Superman movie is something to look forward to. The powerhouse cast also includes Amy Adams and Oscar winner, Russell Crowe. People wondered if Meloni would be playing Lex Luther, the nemesis of the man of steel. He was quick to discount that, saying he will be playing a general. For the latest Superman flick, Henry Cavill will be playing Clark Kent. Cavill’s best known for his roles in The Count of Monte Cristo and Stardust.
Cameron Diaz as the Bad Teacher
Cameron Diaz’s new movie, Bad Teacher should actually be titled Crazy Teacher. Diaz did an awesome job of creating a more human appeal to teachers. Though they seem to know everything and could do no wrong, teachers have to deal with pretty much the same “rubbish” the rest of us deal with as well and Diaz’s new movie clearly depicts that. Elizabeth Halsey, the character Diaz plays is rather typical, there are women like Elizabeth all over…women who are desperate, funny and with an awful temper but we rarely find them in the classroom. The twist however is that Elizabeth doesn’t censor herself and probably unaware of the proper decorum for teachers. She somewhat appears like the older sister a lot of us grew up having…no matter how gorgeous and smart, she’s just mean to the core. The movie reunites Diaz with former beau, Justin Timberlake, also starring are Jason Segal of How I Met Your Mother and Lucy Punch.
