Don’t blame the presenter. Tiffany Greene was just as much of a victim as Chris Brown and Rihanna of backstage incompetence. Black Entertainment Television president Stephen Hill says you can go right ahead and blame him. Greene primarily announced Brown as the winner of the Coca-Cola Viewers Choice Award. She quickly corrected herself by saying that the honor actually went to Rihanna. It was an awkward moment made even more awkward by Brown and Rihanna’s past. Hill attributed the confusion to human error.
