Bad Pay vs Good Job… Mental Problems

Though the world hasnt’t fully recovered yet from the Global Economic Crisis… compared to before, a lot of new openings are currently helping other people get a new stable job now. Though not all people are lucky to get a great job. So if your looking for a job these past few days, keep this new study in mind. A recent study shows that bad jobs can make one mentally ill. Due to the complexity, low control, high demand and a poor pay job a person has, he/she might end up being mentally unorganized like his/her job. There’s no doubt that a good pay makes a person feel the “fire” to work hard and earn more. Peter Butterworth, of Australian National University in Canberra says that a person who came from a good job with fair pay and was moved to the opposite, will not only feel less fortunate but mentally ill as well. The study also high-lighted the fact that those who are unemployed are more mentally stable than those who are working with unfair pay.
