Anthony Bourdain is one of the most recognizable faces of cooking competitions and travel shows.  The 55 year old chef, author and travel host has travelled the world, searching for the gastronomic pride of countries.  Bourdain who used to work as the executive chef of Brasserie Les Halle in New York is the host of Travel Channel’s No Reservations.  He has also appeared as one of the judges of Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” several times.  He has won several awards as a food writer.  In 2008, he got inducted in the James Beard’s Foundation’s Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America.
