Bullying, a Result of Poor Sleep?

Nobody wants a bullying and aggressive type of kids right? They are not only a bother to their classmates, but also a problem to the community. Maybe because they didn’t sleep well at night, so they ended up being aggressive during daytime. New study shows that a poor and inadequate sleep may be a factor in aggressive behavior among kids. Researchers from the University of Michigan Medical School found that children who cause problems at school may have sleep-disordered breathing problems which results to day time sleepiness and makes children easily irritated. Luckily, children suffering from sleep-disordered breathing problems can be cured. Parents just need to remind their children to sleep early and maintain the required sleep needed for his/her kid and if possible, take all the factors which could make them feel less sleepy like the TV, computer, and games found on their rooms.
