Most popular shows have had Danny DeVito as a guest one time or another. He guested on shows like “Friends”, “Reno 911: Miami” and “Starsky and Hutch” to name a few. He’s probably best remembered for his role as the abrasive but lovable Louie De Palma on the comedy, “Taxi” many years ago for which he earned himself an Emmy. His most recent work is “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” where he plays Frank Reynolds, the owner of the bar. For his commendable TV work, DeVito received the first Critics’ Choice Television Icon award from the Broadcast Television Journalists Association. This award was presented to him by his IASIP costar Rob McElhenney. Aside from being an actor, DeVito is also a director and producer.
